At Issue Memorandum

The at-issue memorandum announces to the court and all parties that all papers are filed and the parties are now ready to turn the matter over to the tribunal for trial or judgment.

The California Judicial Council supplies form CM-110 for that function. But, local jurisdictions have their preferences. Here we have the forms used by the State of California, and the counties of Orange and Yolo. As you can see, there are big differences among them.

Included here also is a partial list of forms. You can find all forms at various websites. Some of the websites are private, others are by the state or county.

Always check the state and local rules to find out which forms are optional and which are mandatory.
