It explains exactly the procedure a Sovereign must abide. I will only include the pertinent parts of case. United States vs Johnson et al - 76 Federal Supplement 538 - 541 District Court, M.D. Pennsylvania - Feb. 26, 1947 2. Criminal Law Privilege against Self-incrimination (or any Right) is neither accorded to the passive resistant, the person who is ignorant of his rights, nor to one indifferent thereto, but is a fighting clause, the benefits of which can be retained only by sustained combat. 3. Criminal law The privilege against self-incrimination cannot be claimed by an attorney or solicitor on behalf of a defendant, and is valid only when insisted upon by a belligerent claimant in person. 6. Witnesses To preserve the right of self-incrimination, a defendant must refuse to answer or produce and test the matter in contempt proceedings or by habeas corpus. And here is the one I like that is VERY telling: "The one who is persuaded by honeyed words or moral suasion to testify or produce documents rather than make a last ditch stand, simply loses the protection. I realize the case is not right on point relative to what we know now and the path we are traveling to regain our rights, but the case does teach us a VERY VERY valuable lesson about "how" and "who" can secure our rights. We have to do it for ourself without a 3rd party(attorney or otherwise) and we MUST FIGHT for them Belligerently in person!!!!!
